STAND. was created by water-sports instructors for all water-sports enthusiasts, whether professional or beginner. The brains behind the brand was Ben Connibeer, one of the Co-Owners of Encounter Cornwall and Paddle Cornwall SUP, an award winning Paddle sports Centre on the south coast of Cornwall. His vision was to represent the inclusiveness of Paddle sports, at any level, therefore encapsulating the whole of the “water-sports lifestyle”, both on and off dry land.

Encounter Cornwall is an Award Winning British Canoeing “Go Paddling Centre” and BSUPA “SUP School” offering Kayak Trips, Kayak Hire & Stand Up Paddle Board Lessons & Tours, and MEGA SUP Hire in Cornwall situated on the stunning Fowey Estuary, AONB.
Our kayak trips, SUP sessions and tours are an ideal introduction to the Fowey’s tidal waters, and are suitable for both beginners and experienced paddlers, offering an ideal opportunity to explore the Fowey Estuary.
